From the top of the stairs, a central landing connects two distinct wings of your apartment: One wing features three comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space. The other wing includes two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, a sun-drenched living room with nautical decor, and laundry facilities. Each of the five generously sized bedrooms serves as a personal retreat, filled with natural sunlight. The comfortable living area is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring, while the kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. Guest Access You will have exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom apartment. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared backyard patio during the summer months. A barbecue grill is provided for communal use, perfect for an evening cookout. Complimentary on-site parking is conveniently located at the back of the building. The Neighborhood Our home’s central location puts the best of Hyannis at your fingertips. As a waterfront property, you are just steps from the Hyannis Marina, where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the harbor. A short walk will take you to the Steamship Authority terminal, where you can embark on exciting day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. For added peace of mind, the local hospital is also nearby. Getting Around With the ferry terminal and marina within easy walking distance, you can explore much of the area on foot. For trips further afield, your complimentary on-site parking spot makes it easy to discover all that Cape Cod has to offer by car. Important Information Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor and is accessible by stairs. The backyard patio and barbecue grill are shared amenities with the other unit on the property.

Rental Property Terms and Conditions Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $500 fee may apply if evidence of smoking is found. Additional costs may be charged for items that cannot be restored or cleaned. The grill must always be used in an open area and placed safely away from any structures. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest. Parties or events are not allowed unless approved in advance by the host. Unapproved gatherings may result in early termination of the reservation. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in or on the beds to help maintain cleanliness. This is a privately owned property. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur while staying at the home. Please secure any valuables, as the host is not responsible for misplaced or lost items. Guests are expected to treat the home and its furnishings with care. Appliances must be used only for their intended purposes. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning and replacement fees for affected items. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are provided, additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is left excessively dirty after checkout. Candles with open flames are not permitted. Battery-operated candles may be used. Decorative items such as glitter or paint that are difficult to remove are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. The minimum age to book is 18 years old. For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras are installed at the front and side doors. These must not be disconnected, covered, or tampered with. Altering or interfering with electronic devices may result in removal from the home. Use of fireworks on or near the property is not allowed and may result in immediate removal. If anything is found to be broken or in poor condition upon arrival, guests must report it within four hours of check-in using the booking platform's messaging system and photo documentation. This helps us ensure everything is in good shape at check-in. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen and any used utensils before leaving. Trash should be removed from the indoor bins and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Guests should maintain tidy personal spaces. If extra towels are used, please launder and return them to their original location. Guests are not permitted to attempt repairs on the property. Please report any issues to the host or maintenance team for assistance. Upon request, the guest may be asked to provide ID verification for all individuals staying at the property.
